The Drucker Prize has run every year since 1991, now in its 27th edition. It recognizes organizations that live to Peter Drucker’s definition of innovation: “change that creates a new dimension of performance.” Who is Peter Drucker anyway? He is considered one of the “fathers” of management.

The Drucker Prize is for non-profit organizations. All applicants will benefit from insights, through a learning platform, on how to become more effective and innovative. The winning organization will receive sh.10 million ($100,000).
