Are you looking for mentoring to launch or grow your business idea? Submit a summary of your idea to the African Entrepreneurship Award and start your entrepreneurship journey.
The African Entrepreneurship award is supported by BMCE Bank and will be in its 3rd edition. The award offered a similar prize money last year.
You are free to submit proposals for not just existing businesses but also prototypes and ideas. All of these will be mentored in order to realize their potential. There are over 60 women mentors involved. In consideration of Africa’s diversity, English, French and Portuguese speakers will be accommodated.
Eligibility
- You must be a citizen of an African country
- You must be atleast 18 years old as of October 1st, 2016
- Your business must be applicable in an African country
- Your business idea must include a technological component
- Your business must be for profit’
- Your business must be relevant to education, environment or an uncharted market
