Microsoft’s “#Insiders4GoodFellowship” is expanding its reach to East Africa. The countries to be incorporated will include Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
A total of 25 entrepreneurs will be choosen. Only those who meet the requirements as provided by the Fellowship.
Eligibility
- Must be a registered member of the Windows Insider Program.
- Resident of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda or Rwanda.
- Be of age 18 and above.
- Have an original idea that will help improve East African communities.
- Complete application for Insiders4Good Fellowship
- In case of successful application, be ready to adhere to the requirements of the Fellowship.
- Should not be an employee of Microsoft or its subsidiaries.
- Should not be an immediate family to any Microsoft employee.
- Government employees are not eligible.
Why should you join the “Insiders4Good Fellowship”?
- Apart from the 6 month mentorship program, you get a premier suite of windows hardware and software.
- The mentorship program will include technical and strategic mentorship tailored for the participants. To bring your idea to another level, international and local leaders will be the deliverers of the mentorship.
Those who will be selected will attend a one week boot camp beginning from 5th June, 2017 and later on six months mentorship sessions running from the 5th June 2017 to 5th December 2017, all which will happen within Nairobi. Windows Insider Program will cover the travel expenses.
