Pangea Accelerator Program is inviting African startups to take part in a 3-month acceleration focusing on validation and scalability.
The Pangea Accelerator Program also offers an opportunity for startups to get up to sh. 5 million in funding. What’s more, the program is fully funded and is not equity based.
Pangea is an African accelerator and investment platform that connects African entrepreneurs with investors. In 2018, it has picked Strathmore University and iLabAfrica as collaborators for the Nairobi accelerator program.
40 startups will take part in the 3-month accelerator program involving training on building a team, developing a business model and the best market strategy. After, the top 10 will be selected to receive funding. There will be continuous engagement with Pangea even after the 2018 program is wrapped up.
Eligibility

- Startup can either be pre-revenue or post-revenue

Are you interested? You must submit a “structured application.” Those are not my words, instead they are by Chisom Udeze – co-founder of Pangea. “We want a comprehensive application that shows they understand the problems they are solving and the direct and indirect impacts their solutions are bringing.”
You will need to define your startup’s innovative approach, its scalability, skillset and competence of your startup team as well as capacity to see projects through.
Applications for the Pangea Accelerator Program will be received on a rolling basis – evaluated as they are received – so get to the front of the line and apply before the 19th February deadline. Visit the Official Website to apply.
