As a business owner, you will be equipped to grasp important financial concepts and tools. Afterall, good financial management really is the foundation of a great business. There’s so much of this that will be touched on. Some of what you will have a foundation on include; cashflow, working capital, borrowing and budgets.
Lattice Training will include a 4-hour session to teach you to communicate, implement and exercise initiative. You will simulate what is involved in running a business. Not just setting prices and planning for growth and profit but also learning how to use financial statements as a tool for measuring results.
What about after the Lattice Training? You will go home with an Entrepreneur’s Toolkit. It contains checklists and templates to keep what you learnt at your fingertips.
