The Standard Chartered Women in Technology Incubator Kenya is a program designed to support women-led tech startups in Kenya. It offers a 12-week program that includes immersive learning, mentorship and coaching, access to seed funding, and networking opportunities.

Eligibility criteria:

  • The business must be based in Kenya and address the needs of the Kenyan market.
  • The company must be tech-enabled or leverage emerging technologies.
  • The company must be founded or co-founded by a woman with an equal or majority stake.
  • The founder or co-founder must be over 18 years old and Kenyan.
  • The business model must be sustainable and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • The business must be between 3 months and 2 years old.
  • The business should be seeking support for proof of concept, customer acquisition, product development, and business model development.
  • The business can be pre-revenue with early traction (users) or post-revenue with a new business model.
