Success, Failure and the Drive to Keep Creating

Elizabeth Gilbert is best known for her 2006 memoir, Eat Pray Love which as of December 2010 has spent 199 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. She achieved the level of success that every entrepreneur strives to reach.
After college, she got a job as a waitress and she kept writing. She sent her work to many publishing houses to get published and for 6 years she only received rejection letters and every single time she asked if it was easier to quit while behind.
In this video, she talks about success and failure and I am sure you will get inspired the way I was.
