How to redeem your Bonga pointsfor unlimited holidays offers

Every business finds ways and means to reward their customer’s loyalty.  From airlines giving frequent free miles to their frequent flyers, to supermarkets giving shoppers points that they can redeem and purchase more items.

Safaricom PLC has a loyalty program where you earn points every time you use their services, that is, every time you make a call, send an SMS or browse, you are rewarded with Bonga points. With these points, you can redeem to get more airtime, data bundles and SMS.

Subscribers earn one Bonga point for every Sh10 spent on the Safaricom network on calls, mobile data and SMS, and for every Sh100 spent on the network for M-Pesa transactions.
