Women in Africa Initiative is inviting women entrepreneurs to apply for its 2018 startup challenge, that comes with funded trip to Marrakech, Morocco.
Women in Africa (WIA) Initiative is a non-profit organization and has set up a fund to promote, support and accelerate innovative businesses run or owned by African women.
Following, it launched the WIA Entrepreneurs club in 2017. Its ambition has grown and Women in Africa Initiative is looking to bring together a delegation of 54 African women – from each of the African countries. Will you represent Kenya?

The selected women entrepreneurs will benefit from 1 year of mentorship and a chance to showcase their work to the world at the WIA International Annual Summit in Marrakech, this September. Investors, executives and media will be present
This class of 54 women entrepreneurs in Africa will also have the opportunity to establish links with each other through the WIA Link digital platform.
Women in Africa will cater for travel, accommodation and exhibition space decoration costs for the trip to Morocco. Deadline for application is 10th May, 2018.
